Import and Enrich Years of Flight Records

Built for Envoy crews. Import Rainmaker, HSS, pay statements, ACARS/OOOI photos, and legacy logbooks. Enrich records from multiple sources, including detailed flight data from the past 10 years and tail-number records reaching back to 1987 for many airlines.

Then stop logging by hand. Auto Logging fills in every leg you fly — actual out, off, on and in times, the tail and the night time — and waits at the top of your logbook for one tap to confirm.

Your Flights Log Themselves

Upload your Reasons Report or import a sequence before the trip, then go fly. After each leg operates, ENY Crew Tools fills the entry in and leaves it at the top of your logbook. Nothing runs on your phone, and nothing is added to your logbook until you confirm it.

Once a month

Upload your Reasons Report

Save your PBS Reasons Report and every awarded trip loads into your logbook the night before it starts. Traded or picked up a trip? Paste that sequence into the HSS Library and import it the same way.

While you fly

Times fill themselves in

Actual out, off, on and in, the tail you actually flew, and night time calculated for the leg. No tracking, no app running in your pocket, no battery drain.

At the gate

One tap to confirm

Say who flew the leg and it's logged, with day and night landings split correctly. Anything you edit by hand is never overwritten.

  • The FAA 8710-1 worksheet can now fill in the official FAA form. Open the FAA Form 8710 Helper from Logbook Reports, check the numbers, and download the FAA's own 8710-1 PDF with your name and Section III Record of Pilot Time already entered — total, PIC, SIC, cross-country, instrument, night, night landings and the SEL/MEL class totals. Hours round down, never up, and every field stays editable so you can finish the rest of the application. The worksheet's totals now also match your logbook and Reports for flights logged without a tail number.

  • The My Schedule page has been enhanced to manage crew members and changes to your schedule.

  • Your PBS award now loads into your logbook by itself. Turn on "Fill my logbook from my PBS award" under Auto Logging in Settings and every night at 3 AM Phoenix time each trip is added from your saved Reasons Report the day before it starts — never a duplicate, never a leg you deleted, and never over a day your own HSS import gives to a different sequence. "Build my calendar from my PBS award" keeps your Schedule Calendar month current the same way. My Schedule shows where each trip stands: In logbook, the day it loads, ready to load, or removed by you.

  • My Schedule now shows your PBS award. Save a Reasons Report and every awarded trip appears on My Schedule with its legs, times and layovers from the bid packet — no HSS paste needed for your line. The HSS Library is still the place for what the award didn't predict: paste a traded or picked-up sequence and it updates your calendar and logbook, and pasting a sequence you were awarded replaces the packet copy with the HSS version, which carries crew names and actual times.
