Trip Block Planner — same day, other trips, in your order. Under every trip in an option the planner now lists the other pairings of the same length that depart the same day and still fit the block, so if your first choice goes to someone senior you keep the same days off. Untick the ones you don’t want, set the order with the arrows, and Bid this option saves every trip pinned to its day in that order — one import in the Bid Builder turns it into the ordered NavBlue line, where PBS awards the first it can on each day and skips the rest. The Bid Builder and Bid Analyzer show those alternates back to you, and the Analyzer’s PDF now prints the same-day substitutes for every hand-picked group.

Bid Builder — Vacation months. Answer “Is this a vacation month for you?”, pick your block, and choose your GO days and soft buffer days on either side. The Builder writes the Set Condition Vacation Extension line and the Prefer Off buffers the way PBS reads them, repeats them in every bid group including reserve, and keeps those days out of the suggested trip blocks. The rules — three GO days per block of five or more days, back-to-back blocks count as one, three hours of virtual credit per day but unpaid — come from Chapter 6 of the Envoy Pilot PBS Guide.

The PBS bid tools have been enhanced to include city filtering. Tell the Bid Builder which layover cities you want and which you don’t, and it lays out whole months of back-to-back trips built only from the pairings your bid accepts, with the cities you avoid kept out. You can also see what the month looks like when every trip goes to a city you asked for. Each one comes with the NavBlue line to bid those exact trips on those exact days.

Improved handling of diverted flights. When a flight lands somewhere other than its scheduled destination, the app now works out where it actually landed and fills in the tail number and the actual out, off, on and in times for the leg you flew. Auto Logging flags the trip for you to review, and can add the continuation leg if you need it.

Improved error detection for Rainmaker imports. If you accidentally attempt to import data in a wrong month the system does its best to trap the error. For this reason using the PDF import method for Rainmaker Reports is preferred over the copy and paste method.

PBS Tools have been activated for all paid users. These tools will be refined once PBS goes live for the October bid period. However, you can use them now to help with your bids.

Seniority Lookup now shows the Captain list at every base, not just the First Officers. A Phoenix Captain could read the Phoenix Captain list and all four First Officer lists, but not the Captain list at ORD, DFW or MIA — the one you actually want when you're weighing a base change. Each of the other bases now has a Captains / First Officers toggle, and either way you get that base's complete roster, whatever your own seniority number is.

Pay Statement import now accounts for every flight line on the page. A reserve month can print 29 dated flight lines and import 20 — the other nine are removed (RM) or cancelled (CX) legs that look identical to real flights, airports and block times and all. The review screen now lists what it skipped and why, using the same pay codes printed on your statement, so your sheet reconciles against your logbook without having to ask.

Pairing Search and the Bid Builder now work in real dates. A bid month doesn't start on the 1st — a September packet opens Aug 31 — and the date strip, both filter calendars, the days-off rules and the PDFs all follow the contract month now instead of the calendar month. Saved presets and shared links keep working exactly as before.

Auto Logging now records whether you were Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, and works out day versus night landings for you. Night is judged by the currency rule — one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise at the destination — so your night landing currency stays honest.

Your logbook reports and your logbook now count the same flights. Reports had been skipping any flight without a tail number, which quietly voided hand-entered flights and whole logbooks imported from carrier reports that don't publish tails. A flight counts when it has logged flight time or an actual gate time — nothing else required.

Seniority Lookup now opens on the roster you're actually in — a Phoenix Captain lands on the Phoenix Captain list with their own row highlighted, instead of having to click to find themselves. Plus a new Senior Departures tab that answers how fast the queue ahead of you is draining: month by month, the pilots senior to you who dropped off the list.

The HSS Library has a Calendar tab — see your saved sequences laid out against the month instead of as a list, and My Schedule now opens on the calendar view by default. Trips that straddle a month boundary show up on both sides of it.

Flight Data Lookup now checks FlightAware first for recent flights. The tool searched only the BTS government dataset, which publishes several months in arrears, so “I flew this last week and I'm missing the tail number” always came back empty. Flights within about six months go to FlightAware first (full out, off, on and in times); older flights use the free BTS source first. A credit is charged only if FlightAware is what produced the answer.

Auto Logging — your flights can now log themselves. Import your HSS sequences as usual, and after each leg operates ENY Crew Tools fills in the actual out, off, on and in times, the tail you flew, and the night time, then puts the flight at the top of your logbook waiting for you. Add your landings, tap confirm, and it's logged. Nothing is added until you confirm it, and anything you've edited by hand is never overwritten. If you allow location, the leg you just stepped off is floated to the top automatically. Turn it on under Settings → Auto Logging.

Rebuild your bid, all in one place — the Bid Analyzer's rebuild tools are now a single flow: rank the days off that matter most, protect the overnight stations you want to keep, and get one corrected bid with seniority-aware fallback safety nets, a downloadable PDF, and a line-numbered NavBlue entry checklist. The Bid Builder adds Recurring Days Off (every Friday, Saturday, or Sunday off) and drag-to-rank Hard Days Off, plus newly narrated guided tours.

Career Development (Beta) just got bigger — a new Carrier Match view shows where you meet each carrier's posted minimums and which are hiring right now, with a pace forecast estimating when your logbook will close any hour gaps. Plus interview prep: each carrier's interview process and an AI mock-interview coach that asks realistic questions and gives STAR-based feedback on your answers — dictate by voice if you'd rather talk than type.

New Career Development tools — build an ATS-safe pilot résumé straight from your logbook, check your hours against posted minimums at 14 major passenger and cargo carriers (American, Delta, United, Southwest, Alaska, Allegiant, Breeze, Frontier, NetJets, Flexjet, UPS, FedEx, Atlas, Kalitta), and generate a tailored cover letter. Find it on your Settings page (paid plans).

ENY Crew Tools now installs as an app on your phone — on iPhone/iPad use Share → Add to Home Screen for a full-screen app experience with offline support for recently viewed pages and an in-app back button.

PBS tools tuned with lessons from the July trial run and Envoy's official reserve call-type guidance — the Bid Analyzer, Post Bid Award Evaluator, and Bid Builder now handle reserve call types, day-off semantics, and credit-window demand the way PBS actually processes them, and the help pages fold in the MEC PBS Guide (June 2026).

Rainmaker Library adds a PDF-style report view — see your month as a day-by-day leg grid with the full CrewPayDetails column set. Plus, Seniority Lookup now shows the class dates behind each pilot's next position.

Seniority Lookup now shows the award pipeline — pending awards from the latest filled-positions report overlay your base rank, with a Flow Plan Impact drill-down per base and seat, cross-base Captain/FO standing, flow and retirement attrition projections, an 'In the Pipeline' panel, and a 'What Changed This Month' list with base filter pills. New Fix Missing N #'s tool on the Logbook page. Gate returns, air returns, and diversions don't match directly in FlightAware, so their tail number was left blank. This finds each flight's completion leg and recovers the aircraft that actually flew it — review the list and apply with one click. Rainmaker and Pay Statement imports now fill these in automatically too.

New Audit Logbook feature. Great for pilots who used the Pilot Debrief tool first and backfilled with Rainmaker or Pay Statement — it catches the occasional record inserted on the wrong date. A test account with 600+ records only had 8 potential issues.
